Jerry Bollman, P.E.
Jerry is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 18 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, and project management. His background includes transportation, municipal, and land development projects, with expertise in site planning, roadway design, drainage and utility coordination, and construction oversight. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is licensed in Texas, Illinois, Virginia, Maryland, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Georgia.
Throughout his career, Jerry has led the design and management of large-scale infrastructure projects, including public highways, stormwater systems, and municipal improvements. He has supported transportation work for agencies such as Houston Airport Systems, METRO, HCFCD, and the City of Houston, helping deliver projects on time and in line with engineering standards. His technical experience includes roadway geometry, traffic control, stormwater design, and the use of tools such as Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and OpenRoads.
In addition to transportation and municipal work, Jerry has extensive experience in site and industrial development, including grading, drainage, and utility design for commercial and residential projects. He has also led large-scale industrial site developments in Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and the Philippines, coordinating multidisciplinary teams on mining and industrial facilities. His combination of technical depth, regulatory knowledge, and leadership makes him a strong asset on complex projects from planning through construction.
