He specializes in AutoCAD Civil 3D and brings strong expertise in grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway alignments. His experience includes refining survey data, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and helping ensure compliance with local jurisdictional requirements across multiple states.

Earlier in his career, Matthew led trenchless design and HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) solutions for major infrastructure projects, including the Sabal Trail Transmission Pipeline Project, which involved the design and installation of 17 trenchless crossings from Alabama to Florida. His ability to manage complex CAD workflows and produce high-quality construction packages has made him a trusted resource for both private developers and public agencies.
