Jakob Erdmann, P.E., LSI, CFM

Jakob is a licensed Professional Engineer with a well-rounded background in civil engineering, land surveying, and land development. His experience includes site design, grading and drainage, stormwater management, utility coordination, and permitting support, along with additional knowledge in surveying, geotechnical testing, and material inspections. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from William Jewell College and brings a practical understanding of land development from early planning through construction.

Throughout his career, Jakob has worked on civil site development and municipal engineering projects including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and infrastructure improvements. As a Civil Designer and Project Manager, he has prepared grading plans, utility layouts, erosion control strategies, and stormwater analyses designed to be both technically sound and practical to build. His familiarity with permitting requirements and regulatory processes helps projects move efficiently through approvals.

Jakob is also working toward licensure as a Landscape Architect, having passed all national exams and nearing full licensure. In addition, his service as an Alderman for the City of Windsor, Missouri gave him valuable insight into public infrastructure planning, zoning regulations, and local government processes. With strong experience in Civil 3D and MicroStation OpenRoads, Jakob brings a versatile, results-driven approach to a wide range of land development projects.
