Emile Zankoul, P.E., PMP, LEED AP ND
Emile is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 11 years of experience in land development, water resources, and infrastructure engineering. His expertise includes grading and drainage design, stormwater management, utility design, roadway engineering, and environmental impact assessments for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. He holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut and brings a strong combination of technical skill, project management, and advanced design technology to complex civil engineering work.
Throughout his career, Emile has led and supported large-scale infrastructure projects across the United States and the Middle East. His experience includes potable water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and fire protection networks, along with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for flood risk assessment and erosion control. He has developed grading and drainage plans, earthwork optimization strategies, and sedimentation control measures to help ensure project feasibility and regulatory compliance.
Emile also brings extensive experience in virtual design and construction, BIM implementation, and design technology integration. He has helped improve engineering workflows for complex infrastructure projects through the use of tools such as Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS-based hydrology software. With a background that includes project management, research, and consulting, he offers a well-rounded perspective that supports projects from early planning and feasibility through construction and environmental review.
