Krista Hager, P.E. ENVSP

Krista is a licensed Professional Engineer and Envision Sustainability Professional with more than 11 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management, and client relations. Her expertise includes civil site design, grading and drainage, pavement design, utility coordination, and permitting for public infrastructure and commercial projects. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Portland State University and is licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Oregon, and Washington.

Throughout her career, Krista has led multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of complex civil projects, preparing plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and engineering reports. She has also served as a client manager, guiding projects from concept through completion. Her experience with regulatory approvals, grant funding applications, and project communication for both technical and nontechnical audiences has made her a trusted partner for public agencies and private clients alike.
